Imports and Exports Office, Hongkong, 14th September, 1887.
Pursuant to instructions I have the honour to continue my Report of the 23rd July last, on the working of this Office.
Since that Report the extra assistance required, as mentioned in paragraph 3, which H.E. the Acting Governor was pleased to approve, has been obtained. The Staff, therefore, now stands as follows: -
